This course is designed as an introduction to Fashion makeup application and covers all the skills required to apply different Fashion make up techniques. Don’t worry if you are a complete beginner, no previous experience is necessary for this course and it is ideal for those who are interested in working with makeup in the Fashion industry as well as for those who want to learn how to adapt their own make-up for different business situations or social occasions. After your two days with us you will have the confidence and know-how to make yourself and others look like a star.
The coures is informative as well as fun and is intensive purely because of the amount of practical knowledge you will learn in two days.
Kit
Kit is provided for the course.
Dress code
Salon uniform, soft soled shoes, hair tied back off face, light day make up, no jewellery. If you have no uniform, you can wear plain black top and plain black bottoms.
Entry requirements
No prior experience is required except a keen interest in makeup.
Some Short and Holistic courses are funded through the Learning & Skills Council. For those that are, the regulations for entitlement for concessionary fees are complex but in essence students who are settled in the

Privately Funded Courses
LCBT Certificated courses are not eligible for Concessionary fees. The course information will tell you whether it is an LCBT Certificated Course. LCBT Certificated courses are validated by the Guild of Professional Therapists, and therefore qualify for professional indemnity insurance.
Kit Costs
All students are required to pay a charge for materials, books, uniform and where necessary a kit. These are costs that the college pays on behalf of the student and costs must be paid prior to the course commencing.
