We've come a long way since we were founded - today the City & Guilds Group is the UK's leading vocational awarding organisation. We employ over 1000 people and award 1.8 million certificates every year.In 2008 we celebrated our 130th anniversary with the launch of our Centre for Skills Development - the latest in a long line of milestones promoting the development of skills worldwide.
To offer the broadest possible range of vocational qualifications and the most in-depth research into skills, City & Guilds includes three different Group members.These organisations are part of the City & Guilds Group, run by our Board of Directors.
- The Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM) offers qualifications and carries out research into leadership and management skills at all levels.
- NPTC offers qualifications in agriculture forestry, animal care.
