Natural Solutions East Cape Active Manuka Honey is selected for it's unique and distinctive flavour. It's a smooth fine crystalline honey which can be used as a sweetener for herbal teas or a as a spread. It is also tested and certified to have special antibacterial properties. It can be taken to help sore throats, indigestion, amongst other ailments. A teaspoon, two or three times daily to help promote good health. It can also be used externally to help heal wounds.
