Pole fitness is a purpose built dance and exercise studio in Newry Co.Down. Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced courses in Pole dancing fitness are available as are hen and birthday party nights. Our classes are great for whole body toning, firming and incorporate mobilisation techniques, stretching and floor and pole moves.
