Train for a Career in Beauty Therapy
Have you always wanted a career in Beauty Therapy but could not find the time to train. Allen & Walden The Kent College of Beauty Therapy offer part time fast track training courses in all aspects of Beauty Therapy and Holistic Therapies. We are a VTCT Accredited centre offering nationally recognised qualifications.
The college is run by Debbie Allen and Jenny Walden both have been in the industry for over 25 years and have been teaching for 15 years.
If you can spare one morning a week on a weekday or a Saturday then you can train to become a Beauty Therapist. You do not need any formal qualifications to join one of our NVQ courses. We only ask that you have a keen interest in Beauty Therapy or Holistic therapies and a willingness to learn. Your time spent with us is intensive training in groups of no more than six. You are expected to do some home and to practice on friends and family.
Our classes are small and friendly and range in age from 16-70 everyone welcome. We are a private training centre so anyone requiring funding should apply to their local job centre prior to enrolling on one of our courses. We can supply you with the information you need for the job centre. On completion of your course you will get a nationaly recognised certificate from VTCT (www.vtct.org) this means you can become fully insured to work on the public.
